Schäffer has been building loaders in Germany since 1956. Schäffer’s compact dimensions and articulated design let operators work in confined spaces while minimizing ground disturbance on turf and finished surfaces.

And with a universal skid-steer quick-attach headstock available on many models, you can run a wide range of buckets, forks, grapples and other attachments — including many you may already own — without an adapter plate taking away from your lift capacity.

1422 — Schäffer’s most compact loader, pairing a fuel-efficient 22 hp Kubota engine with a 1,763 lb. tipping load and 7’3.7″ max bucket pivot height — sized for tight nursery rows and light landscape work where a full-size loader doesn’t fit.

2428 SLT — DFD’s best-selling model. Lifts over 3,000 lbs. and fits through a 36″ gate — serious capacity in a body low and narrow enough for residential and nursery access most loaders can’t touch.
